Why do we recommend that each user has their own login?

• It becomes easy to know 'who did what' and follow up when questions arise. It can save time tracking things down when you can quickly see who to go to for clarification about things like "Why was this changed?" instead of "Does anyone know why...?"
• Using roles assigned to users, you can limit access permissions for new users and grant more permissions to experienced users
• Sharing a password makes it more complicated to change it regularly to keep things secure
• It doesn't cost any more to add another login. Add as many team members as you want!
