The Daily Report gives managers a sharp, instant look at who’s in-house, who’s arriving, who’s leaving, and what’s happening across the property. Think of it as your “morning briefing,” but prettier.

You’ll see every room listed with registered guest names, occupancy, arrival and departure details, check-in/out dates, general notes, and any upcoming tours guests are booked for. It’s all laid out in a clean spreadsheet format for easy reading and printing, if necessary.

It’s also a handy source of security and emergency information—if someone needs to be located, this is the report you’ll reach for.

You can print it for today or tomorrow, or simply view it online (depending on your (user permissions).
