Guest names

Each guest in a room is listed – helping staff confirm who’s allowed to sign to a room, even when it’s not the primary guest.

Allergy warning

A red icon flags any allergy, intolerance, or preference. Tap it to see the full details entered by the front desk, so your servers can keep every guest safe and happy.

Room name

Prevent mix-ups and messy corrections by double-checking accurate room posting right on the report.

Package

If a guest has a package like Breakfast Included, servers can confidently follow your zero-charge procedures.

Account status & room status

This helps servers know if guests are checking out today—so they can ensure all restaurant charges hit the room folio before checkout.

Accessing the report

The layout is optimized for a tablet, but it also works on phones (landscape is best). Staff access can be a group login or individual (recommended for accountability and security).

Kitchen staff can log in with a kitchen email to see a kitchen-focused display.
