Needs review
The “Needs Review” section is your to‑do list for requests that have come into the system automatically and need further action
- It collects all pending requests: online offers, upsells, and third‑party bookings that came in (for example via email parsing) but still need a human check.
- Each row shows key info: guest name, room, requested activity, balance, date received, activity date, and current status.
- There are different types of sources where activities have been booked or requested. These are indicated with an icon.
- Globe icon - these are Online offers
- Upward arrow - these are PMS add-ons
- Mail icon - these are incoming emails from your parsing account
- Red mobile phone icon - these are requests for schedule changes or cancellations made by guests on their itinerary
- Items requested by guests as Online offers and PMS add-ons are already appearing on your Planns list. They just need your review and possible confirmation.
- Third-party parsed emails are not auto‑booked: Planniac has parsed/suggested matches, but for those, you must review and confirm before it becomes a real Plann.
- You manage items via the menu on each row: use options like Review and edit / Match and create plan or delete if it’s not valid.
- Goal: keep all unconfirmed requests in one place so your team doesn’t miss any guest emails or online requests.
