Itinerary email

You’ll find your email templates in settings > templates. This is where you customize the itinerary email your team sends to guests.

The itinerary email template controls the standard text and the insertable links that appear in every guest itinerary email. You can edit this just like a regular email—adjust the tone, add helpful instructions, or include your brand voice.

Use the three dots menu to open more formatting tools, including Preview, so you can see exactly what the guest will receive before saving your changes.

Be sure to set the copy to and reply to addresses to email accounts belonging to your resort so replies reach the right inbox.

To actually send itineraries, go to the guests screen.

Online offers initial email

This email gives your guest a link to your upsell page -- better referred to as Online Offers (because who wants to be 'upsold?' This gets sent from the Guests Profile page.

Online offers confirmation email

Use this template to customize the automatic message your guests receive when they request or purchase an activity or service via your Online Offers page.

Pre-registration invite

Ask your guests to complete the information your hotel collects prior to check-in. This way you have their names, IDs, or whatever other information you require. And then Planniac uses it throughout our system in helpful ways.

Event emails

There are some automatic emails that go out if an event is cancelled or changed. This only applies to activities you set up as an EVENTS activity type.

Custom emails

You can write any number of custom email messages that your staff can use in order to respond to guest requests. These are accessible from the 'Communications' section on the Guest Profile.
