🎖️ Pro Tip: Using Quick Planns for multiple guests doing the same activity

Let's say you have an activity called 'Relaxing on site' that you schedule for guests who are not doing any tours or other activities on a particular day. Here's how to quickly create that activity for all the guests:

Create the first one

1. Select the 'Quick Planns' tab on the right side of the page
2. Select a guest
3. Type 'relax' in the activity search and choose 'Relaxing on site' from the dropdown
4. Set the status
5. Set the date
6. Save

Duplicate it for others who are participating in the same thing

1. Go to the 3 dots 'actions' menu
2. Select 'Duplicate this plann'
3. Scroll to the next guest you want to schedule for the same activity
