Voucher templates

Voucher templates let you create payment vouchers, signature waivers, or a combination of both—perfect for tour operators, spa services, or any activity that needs guest confirmation.

Guests can sign these forms to confirm they’ve booked an activity and agree to the terms. The template can automatically include an operator’s cancellation policy (added in Settings > Providers), so everything stays consistent.

You can format the text using the built-in editor and insert dynamic links. The three dots menu includes advanced formatting tools and a Preview option so you can see exactly how the voucher will appear.

Registration form template

Registration form templates control the layout and text of your guest registration form. This document is fully customizable—you can edit the standard text, insert your own links, and format everything the same way you like. Comply with local regulations by customizing the form to include the fields you need.

Use the formatting tools and  access the Preview button so you can confirm the form looks exactly the way you want.

You’ll find the link to print the registration form directly on the guests screen.
